Questions
- What if the carrier reweighs?
- You get the reweigh and the new charge on your board, with the dollars at risk named and the certified weight ticket attached. Some reweighs are correct, because the dimensions on the bill of lading were wrong, and those get paid. The wrong ones get disputed with the tariff item the carrier requires, inside the carrier's window.
- Do I need my own carrier accounts?
- No. You are quoted on our carrier network. If you already have negotiated rates, we can load them and quote against both.
- When do I pay?
- On delivery, at the quoted total. A card is collected at your first booking and charged when the freight delivers, not when you book it, so your own card cycle becomes the terms.
- Is the price different if I ship more?
- No. There is no volume tier, no negotiation to win, and no rep to get past. One pallet is priced the same way as fifty, and the price at two in the morning is the price at two in the afternoon.
